If you are looking for 1:1 or small group personal training, Velocitas Performance can create and provide bespoke packages to meet your requirements.

Velocitas Performance personal training will focus on your specific needs and abilities. The progression of movement competency, functional movement, skill acquisition and developing confidence are fully integrated into our programmes. A unique goal of our programmes is to give you the confidence to become fully independent in relation to your fitness programming whereby our coaches will ultimately end up as guides to your programmes.

Personal training can take place at a pace, frequency, progression and location of your choice. We also offer online programming.

Out of respect for our fellow coaching professionals, we always ask that if you are working with a coach, please consult them before contacting us.

Note: Where an athlete is under 18, a parent or guardian must be present for the personal training session duration.
