The Speedy Kids programme targets the following objectives:
- Sprinting and Speed FUNdamentals.
- Jump FUNdamentals.
- Throwing FUNdamentals.
- Movement Competency.
- Skill Based Activities.
- Confidence Building.
Our philosophy is based on kids learning skills and developing capacities in a fun way that will prepare them for general sports and more specific strength & conditioning in the future.
Our group sizes are kept small to ensure an optimal learning environment and to ensure a greater focus on individual requirements.
Sessions will safely progress and regress at a pace dictated by the Speedy Kid.
The speedy kid groups are as follows:
- Group 1: Works with 8 and 9 year olds.
- Group 2: Works with 10 and 11 year olds.
Speedy Kids participate in two 1 hour sessions per week during school term time.
Out of respect for our fellow coaching professionals, we always ask that if you are working with a coach, please consult them before contacting us.
